Arbutus Ridge Art Club

Arbutus Ridge Art Club

Watercolour inspired by the Canadian landscape. Exploration of essential watercolour techniques and perception exercises will enable participants the ability to paint directly from nature. Creativity with this spontaneous and fluid medium will be emphasized.

The Arbutus Ridge Art Club has been blessed in the past 3 years by having artists such as Robert Genn, Jack Reid, Pat Fischer, Grant Fuller and now David McEown, among others, to help guide our brushes in search of that perfection we all seek in ourselves. Contact Ardyce McArthur at 743-8319 for information.

The Cowichan Valley Camera Club was formed in 1980 by a group of amateur and professional photographers. The goal was to share their interests and knowledge of all things pertaining to photography. Twenty-five years later we still have founding members active and sharing knowledge to the other club members. The club meets in Duncan BC on Vancouver Island twice a month from September thru June. You are welcome to visit us at any time. Check the meetings page for details of the next scheduled meeting.
