Cowichan Camerata String Orchestra

The Orchestra was formed in 2005 to give string players an opportunity to hone their playing skills in a comfortable orchestral setting.

The orchestra is comprised of about twenty-five musicians, varying in age from eleven to ninety years.

The Cowichan Valley Music Teachers Association is a group of teachers and performers who endeavour to bring the benefits of quality music education to students of all ages. We sponsor bursaries, workshops, master classes and other community outreach concerts, events and programs.
