Every instance of learning dance from other cultures involves an inherent respect for the people of that culture. Each person who participates in such dances contributes to the preservation of multicultural life on this planet. We believe that through cultural arts, we deepen our understanding of others, while also increasing our knowledge of ourselves.
MoonDance Dynamic Arts School has been operating on Vancouver Island since 1999. We have many instructors from diverse backgrounds, and have recently opened our new home-base, the Art House in Shawnigan Lake Village (1756 Wilmot Ave)
There are classes, workshops, camps, performances, and more, throughout the year, right here in the Cowichan Valley.
