Send your request to post information on the Cowichan Valley Arts Billboard by email.

Your request will be managed by Ron Greenaway at Island Arts.

Your written content (text) should be submitted in the body of an email. Please do not submit tables, digests, or submission/application forms. Please feel free to include a URL that links to further information about your listing. Attach jpg, gif or pdf images to your email.

You will be notified when it is posted, usually within two days. This service is provided free of charge.

For efficiency and continuity, please include the following in your submission:

Your name or organization involved
The Group / Artist involved, if applicable
The Title of the event, news item, call, or professional opportunity
The dates involved (i.e. start, end, deadline, reception)
Description
Related images, if applicable
Contact information, if applicable
URL / web address, if applicable

Listings only need to be submitted once, and will be included in the Billboard until the event concludes; listings that do not have an associated end-date will be included in the Billboard for two months.
