Any artist or arts group on Vancouver Island can arrange posting of pictures and text about their art, group missions, upcoming and current shows, calls for entry, and comments about arts related topics of interest to the general public and artists in the Cowichan Valley.

The Cowichan Valley Arts Billboard is a free service provided by the Cowichan Valley Arts Council.

It is promoted to Cowichan Valley artists and arts groups, national and international visitors through www.GoBC.ca publications, and interested subscribers.
